The Society's three-building complex is one of the region's largest historical facilities.

Currently a storage facility for the South Jersey Port Corporation, the world famous New York Shipbuilding Company was one of the largest shipyards in the world from 1899 to 1967. At one point, during WWII, the shipyard employed more than 40,000 men and women.
