CAMDEN, N.J. – July 26, 2006 – The Battleship New Jersey Museum and 102.9 WMGK will be hosting a pre-concert, Jimmy Buffet-themed party on Tuesday August 1, 2006 from 4:00 pm until midnight on the ship’s forecastle (front of the ship). For just $5, concert-goers, “Parrot Heads” and anyone else can come aboard the historic ship museum and feel like they’ve stepped right into a Jimmy Buffett song. Guests can hang out with Debbi Calton of 102.9 FM WMGK, win cool prizes, meet members of the Philadelphia KiXX dance team, kick back and enjoy a breathtaking sunset view of Philly and of course, listen to some great Buffett tunes. And no Buffett-inspired party would be complete without margaritas and cheeseburgers, which will be available for purchase onboard the ship. Entrance is free for Battleship New Jersey members....
